The Philippine Consulate in New York is an office of the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs. Passport Renewal
The requirements for an adult passport are as follows:
- One (1) original and photocopy of the applicant’s birth certificate issued by NO or PSA;
- Two (2) copies of 2×2 picture with white background taken not more than six months before date of application;
- Four (4) copies of 2×2 picture with white background taken not more than six months before date of application;
- Proof that you have resided in the city.
